OPPORTUNITY

Due diligence software company Dasseti achieved a significant milestone by closing its Series A fundraising round, led by NASDAQ Ventures. This reinforced the company’s financial stability and prompted a strategic re-branding from its former name, Dilligend. Goldcomm was retained to raise awareness of NASDAQ Ventures’ strategic investment and to build awareness of the company’s new name and brand among media and its core target audiences.

STRATEGY

Goldcomm enhanced the funding announcement by leveraging NASDAQ Ventures’ brand affiliation and working alongside the NASDAQ communications team for media amplification. This included developing a messaging framework, establishing Dassetti’s thought leadership in the due diligence space, and executing targeted media outreach. Additionally, Goldcomm aligned with the news cycle surrounding the collapse of crypto platform FTX (highlighting the need for better industry due diligence) to position the company’s spokespeople as experts.

RESULT

Goldcomm’s strategic plan and execution resulted in media placement in top-tier publications (Business Insider, Benzinga,Yahoo Finance) and key trade publications (Market Line, Street Insider, Private Equity Wire). Goldcomm expanded the company’s share of voice with metrics reporting that over 80% of mentions were headline spots, with over 95% of coverage published online, further improving brand credibility. Goldcomm also successfully supported a public branding campaign with NASDAQ in New York’s Times Square that saw the Dasseti name and logo prominently displayed.
